Ecotec and Swisscontact are implementing a project (2007-2009) in the area of communication between local government and civil society in the Alfred Nzo District (ANDM) in Eastern Cape, South Africa, with funds from the Austrian Government.

As part of the project, a study was conducted on the viability of the Alfred Nzo District Municipality (ANDM).
